Enjoy this large Penthouse Studio Condominium. This unfurnished 3rd floor condo unit is spacious and offers:

• Living Room – A large comfortable living room with wall-to-wall carpet, high ceilings with skylight and sliders to the balcony.


• Kitchen – A large and bright kitchen with plenty of counter space.  Full size refrigerator, full size stove, dishwasher.  The kitchen also has a large breakfast bar.


• Dinning Area – A separate dining area that comfortably accommodates up to four people. Additional accommodations are available at the Breakfast Bar.


• Bathroom – A large full size bathroom with full size bathtub and shower. mCloset, toilet, vanity, etc.


• Washer/Dryer – For the convenience of our guests, a private laundry closet with a Washer and Dryer is located off the dining room. There is NO charge to use the washer and dryer.


• Balcony – A third floor outside balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the pool.
